Refunds and Exchanges


The Carter Collection will offer a refund if you report a problem with the product to our page within 48 hours of delivery. You will be refunded the shipping cost to send the product back to us. Once we receive the product back, we will send a replacement out to you ASAP. The refund will be credited back to the payment method you chose when ordering.


The Carter Collection does not offer exchanges. Once the product has been used, we are unable to sell to another person.
